8:45am - Buttered roll with cream cheese (300cal)
12:00pm - Baby carrots (30cal)
2:00pm - Mac n' Cheese and veggies and beans (400cal?)
5:00pm - ANOTHER roll!! I was craving it!!
Update @ 9:00am - 2 cups (1 hot cup with cinnamon & honey, 1 hot cup with lemons)
Exercise:
100 butt crunches
200 ab crunches
10 minutes walking
10 minutes bicycling
55 minutes Slendertone
